• Due to the perishable nature of agricultural products, refunds, replacements and cancellations are subject to specific terms. In particular, damage that occurs in transit is not refundable, and crop advisory subscriptions are not refundable once purchased and approved — though a subscription we decline after payment is always returned in full.

13. Advisory Services — Basis of Advice and No Guarantee of Outcomes

This section applies to the Dragon Crop Advisory Service and any other advisory or guidance service offered by Kurela Agro Farms.

13.1 Basis of advice

Our advisory services provide agronomic guidance drawn from Kurela Agro Farms’ own field experience — years of records, trials and season-by-season learnings on our own farms. It is professional judgment born of practice, not a laboratory-certified or government-certified protocol, and it is not a documented-results service.

13.2 No guarantee of outcomes

Crop outcomes depend on factors wholly or partly outside our control: soil condition, water quality, weather, the timing and dosages actually applied, the quality of inputs used, neighbouring crops, previous chemical combinations used on the land, and pest or disease pressure — including problems new to a region in a given year. For these reasons we do not promise, and expressly disclaim, any particular yield, quality, market price or financial outcome. Any figures in our materials are examples from our own fields, not promises.

13.3 Your details shape the advice

Our guidance is only as good as the details you give us — location, true acreage, crop age, neighbouring crops, prior applications. Incomplete or inaccurate details limit what the advice can account for, and advice given on such details is at your risk to that extent.

13.4 Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for safe execution and for complying with the law, including the label instructions of any crop-protection product. Where our guidance and a product label differ, the label prevails.

13.5 Weather-informed scheduling

Where schedules and alerts take weather conditions into account, they rely on third-party weather data provided as an aid. We are not a weather service and forecasts can be wrong.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an advisory service is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the then-current subscription year. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
