As our products involve live plants and perishable goods, refunds and cancellations are handled carefully under the following guidelines.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is processed, whichever is earlier.
- Once your order is processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Important: Customized or bulk orders cannot be canceled after confirmation as preparations start immediately.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
- If the ordered product is unavailable or out of stock after payment.
- If the order was canceled by us due to unforeseen issues.
- If a major issue such as wrong item delivered or severe damage during transit (beyond minor leaf loss) is proven with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refunds are NOT provided in these cases:
- Minor damages or slight variations in plants during shipping (natural in live plant transport).
- Change of mind after the order is shipped.
- Incorrect shipping address or failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- In some cases, we may offer:
- Replacement plants (subject to availability)
- Credit voucher for future purchases instead of a cash refund.
You will be informed of the available options based on the case.
4. Return Policy
- Due to the live and perishable nature of plants and fresh farm products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
- In case of severe damage or wrong item delivery, photographic or video proof must be sent to kurelaagrofarms@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is on our side (wrong product shipped, item unavailable, etc.).
- In case of eligible replacement shipping, Kurela Agro Farms will bear the shipping cost.
6. How to Request Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancellation, kindly email us with:

- Full Name
- Reason for cancellation or refund
- Clear images/videos (in case of damaged or incorrect delivery)
