At Kurela Agro Farms, we strive to deliver quality products and a satisfying experience to our customers.
As our products involve live plants and perishable goods, refunds and cancellations are handled carefully under the following guidelines.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is processed, whichever is earlier.
- Once your order is processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Important: Customized or bulk orders cannot be canceled after confirmation as preparations start immediately.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
- If the ordered product is unavailable or out of stock after payment.
- If the order was canceled by us due to unforeseen issues.
- If the wrong item was delivered, proven with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refunds are NOT provided in these cases:
- Damage in transit. Plants and fresh farm produce are living, perishable goods, and once they leave our farm they travel by cargo or courier. Damage that occurs on that journey — including leaf loss, bruising, breakage and spoilage — is not refundable.
- Slight variations in plant size, shape or colour (natural in live plant transport).
- Change of mind after the order is shipped.
- Incorrect shipping address or failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
3. Advisory subscriptions we decline
- Crop advisory subscriptions are not refundable once purchased and approved — the service begins immediately.
- If we decline your subscription after you have paid — because we cannot serve your crop or your area — your money is returned in full, within 7 working days, to the payment method you used. This is not a refund request and you do not need to ask for it. You will be told the reason in plain language when we decline.
- A declined subscription is always returned as cash to your original payment method — never as a voucher or a replacement.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds for products will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- In some cases, we may offer:
- Replacement plants (subject to availability)
- Credit voucher for future purchases instead of a cash refund.
You will be informed of the available options based on the case.
5. Return Policy
- Due to the live and perishable nature of plants and fresh farm products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
- If the wrong item was delivered, photographic or video proof must be sent to kurelaagrofarms@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Damage that occurs in transit is not covered — see section 2. We pack live plants carefully for a long journey, but once they are with the cargo or courier service the handling is outside our control.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is on our side (wrong product shipped, item unavailable, etc.).
- Where we send a replacement because of our own error, Kurela Agro Farms bears the shipping cost.
7. How to Request Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancellation, kindly email us with:
- Order ID
- Full Name
- Reason for cancellation or refund
- Clear images/videos (in case of an incorrect delivery)
