Ensure spacing of 12x12 ft or 11x11 ft, use concrete or GI poles, establish drip irrigation, and use shade netting for temperature management. We offer full setup support.
Rust, fruit rot, root diseases, and sunburn are common issues. We offer spray and fertigation schedules, preventive kits, and disease identification guides.

Products & Delivery Questions
Yes. Dragon fruit plants, fruits (seasonal), organic bio-inputs, fertilizers, and growth kits are available year-round. Bulk and retail orders accepted.
All India deliveries typically take 3–7 working days. Rural areas may take slightly longer. Live plants are shipped early in the week to avoid weekend delays.
Plants are packed with breathable covers and moisture-retaining support. Bio-products are sealed, labeled, and dispatched with safety in mind.
We currently deliver across India. For international orders, contact us directly as special plant quarantine certifications may be required.
You’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp after dispatch. Support is available via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

We provide layout design, plantation planning, input sourcing, irrigation setup, labor training, and project cost estimates for any scale.
Our team prepares farm-specific designs based on your land shape, water availability, and crop variety. CAD drawings and material lists are provided.
We offer 3-month to 1-year ongoing support packages that include fertigation charts, weather-based disease alerts, and recovery plans.
We conduct planned visits, audits, and health checks for mid- and large-scale farmers. Remote support is available to all clients.
Yes. Our advisory services are independent and open to anyone who wants expert guidance, regardless of where you sourced your plants or materials.
Payments, Refunds, and Policies
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Razorpay secure checkout. EMI or partial payments are available for bulk orders upon request.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
If plants or products arrive damaged, share photos within 24 hours of delivery. We offer replacement or refund based on condition.
Plant warranty is not provided due to biological nature. However, success assurance is extended to clients following our advisory exactly.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can modify shipping address or quantity. Contact our support team immediately after ordering.
