Farmers who use our advisory and portal trust us with their farm records, their plot locations and their questions. That trust has teeth: any farmer can download everything we hold about them from their own profile, at any time, and can ask us to erase it. A person reviews every erasure request, and we tell you exactly what was kept — such as legally required invoices — and why.
