Dragon Crop Advisory Service

“A dragon fruit plant does not fail all at once. It fails one missed spray, one wrong dose, one uncleaned row at a time — and that is exactly what this service stops.”

Most farmers do not lose a dragon fruit crop because they worked less. They lose it because nobody told them what to do this week, and what not to do. Kurela Agro Farms gives you that — a plain-language plan for your own plot: what to spray and when, how to run your drip, which sanitation work must happen before the rains, and what to leave alone. You get it in Telugu, on your phone, from your own login.

Why year-round cover

Dragon fruit protection became a 365-day job

Ten years ago, dragon fruit in India had almost no pests worth naming. That is no longer true. Every season, farmers meet problems the previous season did not bring — new spots, new rots, new insects — and the pressure grows year on year as the crop spreads.

A crop under that kind of pressure cannot be protected by a printed calendar photocopied from last year. It needs a plan built for your own plot, corrected as the season actually unfolds — and someone to ask the day something looks wrong. That job, done all year, is what this subscription is.

What You Get

A dated care schedule for your own plot — not a general calendar
Spray protocol: which product, what dose, how many tanks, and the days to leave between sprays
Drip and fertigation protocol: how long to run, how often, and what goes in the tank at each stage
Sanitation tasks — removing infected material, clearing rows, tool and pruning hygiene
The “do not do this” list for each stage — the mistakes that cost the most
Ask our team when something looks wrong on your plants
Details make the advice

The more we know about your plot, the better the advice gets

Like a good doctor, we begin with questions — and every answer changes what we tell you:

Where your land is — advice is set for your area’s conditions, not a state-wide average
Your true acreage — doses, tank counts and purchase quantities are worked out from it
Crop age and stage — a first-year plant and a fruiting plant need different work in the same month
Neighbouring crops — what grows next door decides which pests come visiting
Previous sprays and chemical combinations — what the land has already seen changes what is safe and what will work

Half-details make half-advice. Give us the full picture and the plan fits your plot — not a plot like yours.

The Two Lists Every Dragon Fruit Farmer Needs

What To Do, and What Not To Do

What to do

Spray on the stage the plant is actually in — bud, flower, fruit or rest
Measure the dose for the tank size you are actually using
Cut out and remove infected stems from the field, do not drop them in the row
Clean pruning tools between plants when disease is around
Log what you did the same day — the record is what makes next season better

What not to do

Do not spray because a neighbour sprayed — their stage is not your stage
Do not increase the dose to “make it work faster” — it burns the plant and wastes money
Do not mix several products in one tank without asking
Do not flood-irrigate a dragon fruit plot — the roots do not want standing water
Do not leave cut infected material lying in the field until the next rain
How the Advisory Works

From Your First Call to Your Harvest Record

Step 1: Tell Us About Your Plot

Send the enquiry below or call us. We ask what you have planted, how old the plants are, your area, your water source and where your land is. That is enough to start.

Your Own Login

Your Farm’s Record, Kept by You

Advice is only half of it. The other half is knowing what actually happened. Every advisory farmer gets a login on this website — your mobile number and a 6-digit PIN, no password to remember, your fingerprint after that — and everything you do on the plot has a place to live.

Activities

Irrigation, fertigation, spray, pruning, weeding, harvest — with the product, dose, labour and hours behind each one.

Expenses

Every rupee, in its own category — labour, fertilizer, pesticide, fuel, equipment, transport.

Income & sale price

What you sold, how much of it, to whom and at what price — mandi, trader or direct.

Harvest

Every pick, in the unit you actually count in — kilos, quintals, boxes or bunches.

The bottom line

Costs, income and what is left, for the week, the month or the whole season.

It is built for a phone in a field: Telugu throughout, big touch targets, and it keeps working with no signal — what you enter syncs the moment you are back online.

Open the farmer login

Never miss a task

A plan that moves with the season — and reminds you every morning

Your plan is not a printout. It lives in your login as dated tasks, and it is corrected through the season: when the crop shifts stage, when the season turns, when a problem shows up on your plot, the Kurela team adjusts your schedule and the new tasks appear alongside everything else.

Every morning, your login opens on the day: what is due and anything overdue. Tick a task done and it becomes a record with its cost behind it — the same records that show income against expense by month, by season and by year. Balance is part of the advice too: sprays, fertigation and labour weighed for protection and for cost, never maximum spend.

Pricing

Dragon Crop Advisory Service — yearly cover, priced per acre

Every plant order from our nursery still includes the free care schedule — that does not change. The Dragon Crop Advisory Service is the paid yearly subscription for a whole plot: season-long expert cover for every covered acre, priced per acre per year. The more acres you cover, the less each acre costs.

The team behind this service is the same one whose free guidance growers across India already follow — on our YouTube channel and in our written guides. The subscription is that same knowledge, computed for your own acres and corrected all season. See the free video guides

What your subscription covers

A dated calendar built for your own plot — from your crop, your planting date and your acreage, never a photocopy
Every dose stated per plant, per litre and per acre — so it scales to your tank and your rows, with the safety note attached
Photo or voice-note diagnosis with priority response for covered plots
Field scouting visits as your season needs them
Season-long live corrections — spray timing, stage shifts, harvest timing
Harvest, sale price and buyer dues tracked per plot — income against expense by month, season and year
A morning reminder of the day’s tasks and anything overdue — a schedule is never missed by forgetting
One central place for everything — activity, expense, income and harvest tracking for every covered plot, downloadable as your own farm report (CSV)
Walk your plot boundary once with GPS — the app measures your acreage and sizes every dose to it
I have 4 acres — why not subscribe for 1 acre and copy the schedule?

Because the advice itself changes with acreage. Dosages, procurement quantities and labour planning are per-plot realities, not a photocopy — a 4-acre plan is not a 1-acre plan read four times. Visits, sampling and photo diagnosis apply to covered plots only. And the pricing already meets you halfway: your first acre carries the knowledge at ₹10,000, and every further acre adds only ₹2,000 — not another ₹10,000. We don’t sell a schedule — schedules can be photocopied. We sell a season of decisions for every covered acre.

What happens when my year ends?

You renew from your own phone. In the last 60 days of your cover, a Renew button appears on your schedule screen — the next year starts where this one ends, so renewing early costs you nothing. We remind you a month out and again a week out, and your schedules carry straight on.

How covered acreage is decided

The calculator above is indicative. When you subscribe, the registered plots in your Kurela farmer login decide your covered acreage — each plot already carries its acreage, so nobody has to guess. Sign in, tick the plots you want covered, see the price for exactly those acres, and pay online. Our team then confirms the plots and activates your year. Prefer to talk first? What We Do Not Promise

This is guidance, not a guarantee. Weather, soil and market are not ours to control, and we will not pretend otherwise.
We do not promise a yield figure or a price. We tell you what the protocol says and what we have seen on our own fields.
You are never required to buy inputs from us. If our advice suits you and your own supplier is cheaper, use your supplier.
Advice on this site is written and reviewed by our team. Where a screen shows AI-assisted guidance, it says so on that screen.
Your records are yours: download everything we hold about you from your profile at any time, or ask us to erase it. Details in our privacy policy.

The basis of our advice

Our advice comes from years of practice on our own farms — professional judgment born of records and seasons, not a laboratory-certified protocol, and never a yield guarantee. Outcomes depend on your soil, water, weather, execution and factors beyond anyone’s control, so we promise the work, not the result.

Questions Farmers Ask Us

My farm was not set up by Kurela. Can I still take the advisory?

Yes. Most farmers who come to us for advisory built their farm themselves or with someone else. We start from the plot as it stands today — that is what the crop assessment is for.

How small a plot do you advise on?

There is no minimum. A half-acre plot gets the same protocol as a fifty-acre one — the schedule simply has fewer plants behind it.

What does it cost?

The Dragon Crop Advisory Service is priced by the acre, per year: ₹10,000 covers your first acre, and every acre after that adds only ₹2,000 — so the per-acre cost falls as your acreage grows. Above 10 acres we build a custom quote around your plots. The live price table and the acre calculator are on this page.

Do I have to buy fertilizer and sprays from you?

No. We sell input kits and many farmers find them convenient, but the advisory does not depend on it. If you buy elsewhere, tell us the product and we will fit it into your schedule.

I am not comfortable with phones. Is this still for me?

Yes. The login is in Telugu with large buttons and one screen at a time, and your son, daughter or farm manager can log entries for you. You can also simply call us — the login makes the record better, it is not a condition of the advice.

Do you only advise on dragon fruit?

Dragon fruit is where our own seventy acres and our deepest protocol are, so it is where we are strongest. We also advise on guava, pomegranate and papaya — ask us about your crop and we will tell you honestly how much we can help.

Ready to cover your acres?

Sign in, tick the plots this should cover, see the exact price for those acres and pay online. Your year starts the day our team confirms the plots.

What would your plot cost?

Type or step your acreage — fractions are fine. The price updates as you go.
