3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customized, bulk, or special care orders (such as sensitive plants) may require additional processing time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier services.

- Local/Within State: 3–7 business days
- National Delivery: 5–10 business days
- Please note that agricultural products, particularly live plants, are packed carefully to ensure freshness and may require special logistics handling.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared with you via email, WhatsApp, or SMS (wherever applicable).
- You can use the tracking ID to monitor the status of your shipment online.
6. Packaging and Handling
- Our plants and products are packed with utmost care to ensure safe transportation.
- For delicate items like live plants, we use breathable packaging, moisture-retaining wraps, and protective cartons.
- Despite best efforts, slight physical damage or leaf loss may occur during transit. This is a natural possibility and does not affect plant survival or health.
7. Delays
- Delivery delays may occur due to unavoidable factors like natural calamities, heavy rains, courier delays, strikes, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
- In such cases, we will update you proactively and work to ensure delivery at the earliest.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Upon receiving your order:
- Inspect the package immediately.

- Share photos or videos to assist in assessing any issues quickly.
9. Non-Delivery Situations
We are not responsible for delivery failure if:
- The delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
- The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery and the shipment is returned.
In such cases, re-delivery charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
